Are you handy and want to save some money on creating a newradiant heating system for your home or shop? Our do-it-with-help protocol provides you with expertise assistance inthe design of your system and gives you easy and affordable product options tochoose from. We take the research andguess work out of your hands and help guide you through the process from startto finish.
Step 1: Floor Plan
Submit your final floor plan and answer a few basic questions. By providing us with a copy of your floorplan, we can provide you with a pricing estimate. Floor plan submission link is located at the bottom of this page.
Step 2: Pricing Quotes and design
a) Should you want to move forward with an estimate, we will request a deposit to get started on your design.
b) Following approval of the design, we will provide youwith a final quote for all the products needed for the “concrete phase” and/or “abovegrade” part of the project. This includesthe chosen panels needed for your system (ie. EZ Floor, Creatherm or Rad Board) along withthe Pex tubing as well as the pressure test kit (as applicable) or other suppliesneeded during this phase of construction.
c) We will also provide you with a quote for the "control" portions of your heating system. This includes PEX distribution lines (above ground), fittingsand remote manifolds in addition to what we refer to as the radiant heat controlpanel. We will GUIDE YOU on how to connectthese items to your floor lines, the manifolds, control panel and heat source.
e) You can choose to move forward with all or even a part of a quote depending upon your needs. Let us know and we can move to the next step.
Step 3: Purchase
To keep our prices down, all quotes are based on a cash/check payment type. We will send you an electronic invoice that you can click to pay directly from your bank account or with a credit card (3% convenience fee applies to credit card transactions). We require a 50% deposit to reserve your materials with 100% of the order paid prior to shipment or delivery. For Creatherm orders, 100% of the Creatherm is collected up front so product can ship as soon as produced.
