Description Technical Specs/Docs
2' x 2' Distribution Track Rad Board panel. The Distribution panel is a 3/4" thick aluminum-backed panel with tracks designed to "distribute" radiant lines from the manifold in each loop. Sized for the most common manifolds available today, the Distribution Track can be easily modified to adjust to larger or smaller zones by reducing onsite customization of connecting the lines to the manifold without "diving" under the sub-floor. Tracks securely hold tubing in place and provide a flush finish allowing for easy installation of your floor covering.

Common floor coverings include tile, laminate, engineered wood, hardwood, vinyl and carpet. Consult your installation instructions for these products to ensure proper installation over radiant flooring.

Use the Distribution Rad Board panel in combination with our Ultimate and Straight Track panels to complete your above sub-floor installation. Our complimentary design service is included with a minimum purchase and will allow us to calculate the layout of the panels needed for your floor plan.

Note: PEX tubing shown in pictures is not included but is for illustration purposes only.
  • Easy to install for contactors and do-it-yourself homeowners
  • Responds quicker than concrete or below subfloor staple-up solutions (feel the heat faster)
  • Aluminum backing aids in quicker heating and heat transfer
  • Uses 1/2" Pex/PE-RT tubing instead of 3/8" tubing reducing the quantity of loops needed
  • Competitively priced when compared to similar radiant floor solutions
  • Provides virtually any pattern layout with three simple panel designs
  • Much easier to isolate rooms and zones than staple-up solutions
